Any activity conducted via your umg8 account — whether authorised by you or not — is your legal responsibility unless and until you report unauthorised access to us in writing.
umg8 applies KYC verification procedures in compliance with international gaming authority requirements. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawal requests are processed. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal processing delays or account suspension.
umg8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Malaysian payment channels, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB. The list of approved payment methods may be updated at umg8's discretion without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. These minimums may be adjusted periodically and the current applicable amounts are displayed within the platform's payment section at all times.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering procedures. umg8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to the player's designated e-wallet or bank account within the timeframes displayed in the platform's withdrawal section. umg8 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank, e-wallet provider, or third-party payment processors.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by umg8 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

umg8's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
umg8 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. umg8 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
